Important Dates

Reconcile your bookkeeping file to 30 June 2025.
Superannuation payments are due on 28 July 2025 for the period 1 April to 30 June.
- Payments made late may attract interest and penalties.
- Late payers must prepare and lodge Superannuation Guarantee Charge Statements.
- Super is not tax deductible if paid over 12 months late.
Contact your Client Manager if you're unsure or believe you may be late.
For clients registered for Single Touch Payroll:
Taxable Payments Annual Reports (TPAR) are due by 28 August 2025.
You may need to lodge a TPAR if your business provides:
- Building and construction services
- Cleaning services
- Courier or freight services
- IT services
- Security or investigation services

Your accountant will contact you soon with a Content Snare Information Request.
Your Individual Tax Return will be completed as part of the business group.

Important Dates
14 July 2025: Your employers and other financial institutions provide data to the ATO.
15 July 2025: You will receive your Tax Return Checklist and next steps from our team.
It is important that we wait for the ATO to publish their reports before commencing the tax return process. This ensures your return is accurate and compliant.

Timeline
Checklist
Monday 15 July
You will receive a Tax Return Checklist.
Draft
Once submitted, we will draft your tax return.
Booking
Once drafted, we will contact you to book in an appointment.
Meeting
We will conduct a phone, Zoom or in-person meeting to discuss the return’s outcome.
Invoice
You will receive our invoice and payment options.
Lodgment
You will receive a link to the Xero Portal to digitally sign your returns for lodgment.
Assessment
Your Tax Return will be assessed by the ATO and an NOA provided once assessed.
Fees
Your fee will be based on our 2025 pricing. View the full schedule here .
Business Clients
If you have non-individual entities with Latitude Accountants, we will complete your Individual Tax Return as part of your group. If you wish to complete it sooner, please inform your Client Manager.
Time Frame
We aim to complete tax returns within approximately 4 weeks of receiving your full and completed documentation. This timeline allows us to maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with ATO regulations.
Fee Increase Update
Please note our Charge Out Rates, Individual Fees and Corporate Secretarial Fee have increased effective 1 July 2025.
