WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We actively recruit cadets to start work in early February of each year.
Our cadetship program is for current Year 12 high school students and first-year university students who already have an interest in business and accounting.
The program gives cadets a great opportunity to learn real-world commercial skills while getting a head start in their professional development. All of this places you ahead of the pack in an increasingly competitive environment.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Currently studying or about to start an accounting degree
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Desire to learn
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and “can do attitude”
- Bookkeeping experience will be highly regarded.
