Sarah Charters is a powerhouse in operations and systems, joining Latitude Accountants in 2025 with over 13 years of experience across business management, consulting, and strategic administration. 

Sarah brings a unique blend of corporate experience and entrepreneurial grit, having successfully built her own consulting business to capacity in under a year. A career highlight was her time at the Lowy Institute for International Policy, where she supported major diplomatic events including a surreal moment meeting New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern in 2022. That same year, she was named a finalist for International Office Manager of the Year at the Office Management Awards, a recognition of her exceptional leadership and operational impact.

Outside of work, she’s a weightlifter, a sun-chaser, a notebook-hoarding stationery addict, and a camping enthusiast with a love for the Blue Mountains. Living by the motto “Be obsessed, or be average,” Sarah doesn’t believe in doing things halfway. Whether it’s building seamless systems, supporting high-performance teams, or mastering the science of habit and health, she’s all in always.
