Lauren Tran joined Latitude Accountants in 2025, bringing over 21 years of experience in accounting and client advisory. A Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Lauren is passionate about building long-term relationships with clients and helping them navigate their financial journey with confidence. Outside of work, Lauren is all about family, adventure, and sport. She loves spending time outdoors, camping, and traveling with her husband, three children, and extended family.

A dedicated Sydney Swans member, she rarely misses a home game and is equally passionate about cricket. Lauren also plays an active role in her community, serving as Treasurer for her church for the past 18 years. She lives by the verse Philippians 4:13 – “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”, a reflection of her unwavering faith and dedication. With her extensive expertise, client-first approach, and deep community ties, Lauren is a valued part of the Latitude Accountants team.
