Erika Balecha joined Latitude Accountants in 2023, bringing 2 years of experience to the team. She is proud of her academic achievement, having graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree, and is dedicated to applying her knowledge and skills in her role.

Outside of work, Erika enjoys spending time outdoors, often taking road trips to explore new places and soak in the beauty of nature. She finds joy and inspiration in the motto, “The greater your storm, the brighter your rainbow,” which reflects her positive outlook on life.

Erika is passionate about online games, as well as watching movies and series in her downtime. Music plays a significant role in her life, as she loves listening to songs that brighten her day and uplift her spirit.

Erika’s blend of enthusiasm for both her professional and personal life, along with her optimistic mindset, makes her a valuable addition to the Latitude Accountants team.
