He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Technology and is a National Certificate III holder in Bookkeeping. Carl is also a proud member of the National Institute of Accounting Technicians and has achieved Civil Service Professional Level status, highlighting his dedication to professional growth and excellence.

Outside of work, Carl is a lifelong learner, often found reading books or enrolling in online training to further enhance his skills. A talented musician, he enjoys playing various instruments, including the acoustic guitar, ukulele, and melodica.
